  1. I placed this order two weeks ago. You have taken the $ from my account. I have commented twice that I put the wrong address in and that I need this fixed and yet no one has contacted me! I have emailed Gwen with no response. It’s been two weeks and the order is still processing??? I think this site is joke! Terrible way to do business! and will be telling everyone I can about this!

      This is the first I have heard of your order. You were not purposely ignored. I am so sorry for the oversite. Although I check my site frequently, I must have overlooked it. Please accept my apologies.
      The facts are that I have no DVD’s available at the moment. They are on backorder. I can offer you a deal that if you buy the access to the DVD on the site for 12.95, I will send the DVD hard copy ASAP, and discount it so you will have both available for the future for the one price of 12.95. I can send the DVD in about a week. I have so little call anymore for the physical DVD through the mail,but I am in the process of having more copied.
      So let me know what you would like. I will have your purchase refunded today if you would like me to, then if you want to do this, go ahead and buy the access option.
